翌圣Hieff^® Robust PCR Master Mix是一款高检出率型PCR预混液，通过酶结构的改造、筛选及Buffer的优化，决了常规PCR Mix检出率低、产量低的问题。另外，延伸速度提升至15-30 s/kb，可用于基因的快速克隆。

◎延伸速度30s/kb，极限延伸速度5s/kb

◎扩增长度4kb，扩增时间更短

图2：以小鼠基因组为模板，分别扩增1-4 kb的目的片段，PCR反应条件使用各公司推荐的PCR反应条件，PCR反应结束后，取4 μL进行电泳检测。Marker:1 kb DNA ladder。

◎适用于动植物基因组及菌落PCR实验

图3：以人gDNA（1）、拟南芥gDNA（2）、水稻gDNA（3）、小鼠gDNA（4）、菌液（5）、质粒DNA（6）为模板，30s/kb延伸速度条件下分别扩增大小为0.5 kb、1 kb、2 kb、4 kb的片段，PCR结束后取4uL进行电泳检测。Marker:1kb DNA ladder。
