温和消化我会用IV型+DNase I：把肿瘤剪成1-2 mm³小块，加入含Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺的RPMI 1640或HBSS，37℃慢摇，每15-20 min轻轻吹打并取样查台盼蓝。看到胶状物基本是DNA释放，DNase I能减少细胞结团和死亡；不解决胶状物只加酶量反而伤细胞。
