比较供应商时不要只看每克单价，要同时看纯度、重金属、内毒素或细胞培养适用性。若动物组织/细胞还原实验对纯度敏感，选标注 molecular biology grade 或 cell culture grade 的粉剂；跑 SDS-PAGE 用普通高纯 DTT 一般足够。液体 1 M 要确认溶剂是水还是含缓冲盐，是否无菌。建议选能提供批次报告的渠道，粉剂到货后自己测一次 pH 和颜色，避免受潮结块。

如果你们电泳和动物实验同时用，单买 1 M×1 mL 只适合应急。5 g 粉剂按分子量 154.25 大约可配 32 mL 1 M 母液，分装成 0.5–1 mL/支后能用很久，单位成本通常低很多。粉剂缺点是称量时易吸潮、有味，建议在通风橱快速称，用无氧水或 DEPC 水溶解，配成 1 M 母液后过滤或直接分装 -20°C。大量跑胶的实验室我会直接选粉剂。

货期 2–3 天其实不算长，但动物实验不能卡在试剂上。建议别等用完再买，可同时下单粉剂 5 g 作为常规储备，再带 1–2 支 1 M 液体作为应急。到货后立刻分装：粉剂配成 1 M 母液按 200–500 μL 分装，-20°C 避光；液体也分装成小体积。这样即使后面断货，也至少能撑几周。采购时确认纯度≥99%、储存条件为 2–8°C 或 -20°C。

动物实验那边如果样本量不大，且操作人不太想碰粉剂，买现成 1 M 液体更省事，批次稳定、无菌条件也更好。我一般让动物房备几支 1 mL 液体应急，常规储备再买粉剂。粉剂自己配要戴手套口罩，DTT 有刺激性，称量纸和枪头会残留气味。若实验室通风条件一般，少量购买液体更合适，避免为了省钱造成操作风险。
