常见问题

Q:做核内因子的流式分析，这个破膜剂能破核膜吗？

A:不能，皂素是相对理想的细胞破膜剂，但无法破核膜，若需破核膜还是要用 Triton-X 和Tween-20。

Q:破膜剂能不能先染膜抗体，然后破膜后再染细胞里面的，还是说需要破膜之后一起染？

A:先固定，再破膜，再染色，需要破膜之后一起染。

Q: 这个破膜剂破膜是可逆的吗？用于免疫荧光中，使用该破膜剂后封闭液、抗体稀释液及洗涤液是否都可以使用这款破膜剂？

A: 是可逆的，该破膜剂为皂素。封闭液推荐使用该破膜剂配置1%的BSA，同样可以使用该破膜剂用于抗体稀释以及洗涤液。
