A：使用本试剂盒只需 90 分钟即可完成银染实验。

Q：为什么染色特别浅，或者根本染不上色？

A：可能试剂盒放置过久导致，建议：1.增加银染液浓度 2.延长银染时间 3.在配置银染液时加入少量显色液（如100mL银染液加入50uL显色液A）可以显著改善。

Q：这个试剂盒做了第一步固定和第二步洗涤后，如果觉得固定时间不够，可以直接再重新固定吗？

A：不合适吧，没有这样做过。

Q：这个试剂盒里的冰乙酸可以用其他试剂代替吗？

A：不行。
