ApplicationsHifair系列逆转录酶 助力您合成高质量cDNA

Hifair^®系列逆转录酶是在M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase基础上改造的逆转录酶，其热稳定性大幅度提高，可耐受60℃的反应温度，适合具有复杂二级结构的RNA模板的逆转录。同时， Hifair^®系列逆转录酶缺失了RNaseH活性，提高了其延伸能力，最长可合成19.8 kb的cDNA。此外，该酶增强了与模板的亲和力，非常适合少量模板以及低拷贝基因的逆转录。

图1. 以500 ng 293T细胞的总RNA为模板, 使用11139ES在42℃-65℃下进行逆转录。取1 μL cDNA为模板, 使用Hieff^® Canace Gold 高保真酶 (Cat NO.10148ES)扩增TFRC基因（4.4 kb）。M:1 kb DNA ladder.

图2. 以500 ng 293T细胞的总RNA为模板，oligodT为引物，使用11139ES合成cDNA。 取1 μL cDNA为模板，使用Hieff^® Canace Gold 高保真酶(Cat NO.10148ES)扩增DY1C1N1基因（19.9 kb）的5’的500 bp。M: 1 kb DNA ladder.

NO.11195ES)扩增20个不同GC含量（25-65%）、不同表达丰度的基因。
