Q1:小鼠自由饮三天，没有明显的体重下降现象？

A1:这属于正常现象，有些动物反应较慢，甚至饮用 DSS 的第 5 天才出现体重下降。若是第 7 天还未出现明显症状，建议重新提高DSS浓度。

Q2：DSS饮水后，小鼠体重明显降低，但是病理切片HE染色没有炎症现象？

A2：DSS的应用达到一定的阈值才能成功诱导肠炎，阈值如果但不到，出现体重下降，但是无炎症表现是正常现象。这时可以适当延长DSS饮水周期。

Q3：为什么不同批次的DSS使用浓度会有差异？

A3：DSS是葡聚糖聚合物，分子量是平均分子量，每个批次之间会存在分子量的差异，而分子量对结肠炎造模有影响。通常批次间比较稳定，但少部分也会存在差异。建议根据实验需求，购买足够的同一批次的产品，或者使用批次之前进行预实验。

Q4：造模成功率低的原因？

A4：造模成功率低的可能原因：小鼠间个体背景差异、饮用 DSS 量差别较大、DSS含硫量较低或DSS分子量较大等原因。解决方案：1、尽量使用相同性别、大小、体重的小鼠（建议以6-8周，体重18g以上的小鼠为建模对象）；2、保证每笼小鼠数量在3-5只，避免过多；3、确保每瓶DSS饮用水足量，且不可阻塞；

Q5：造模失败的原因？

A5：DSS造模会受到多种因素影响，包括小鼠类型、DSS分子量、DSS浓度、给药周期等。其中，DSS浓度是影响造模成功最主要的因素。失败可能的原因：DSS浓度过低、给药时间短、小鼠未饮用到DSS。解决方案：1、提高DSS浓度（有文献报道最高可用10% DSS给药）2、延长给药周期，可持续给药7-10天。
