A：4°保存即可，但改良型过硫酸铵溶液如果长时间不用，需保存于-20℃。

Q：为什么制胶过程中有气泡？

A：可能是未静置。灌胶前，务必将凝胶溶液平衡到室温（如放置几分钟），可有效避免凝胶中气泡的形成。
