A：不能，可以用热水。但是我们一般用少量甲醇溶解。

Q：该产品可以在室温储存吗？

A：一般存放在 4℃。

Q：若保存过程出现沉淀，还能继续使用吗？

A：可以的。可用滤纸过滤得到澄清液体。

Q：G250 与 R250 什么区别？

A：G250 灵敏度低，检测下限是 0.5 µg，但是检测快，显色清楚，且不需要褪色处理； R250 灵敏度高，检测下限 0.1 µg 蛋白，但是检测相对慢，需要褪色处理。
