FAQ

Q：蛋白提取后保存方法和保存时间是多少？

A：在不被蛋白酶水解和细菌污染的条件下，提取的蛋白可于-80℃保存一年。

Q：蛋白抽提试剂盒适用对象？

A：目前我们的试剂盒只针对哺乳动物细胞和组织的提取，试剂盒中因不含去除细胞壁的成分，所有不能用于植物蛋白或细菌蛋白的提取。

Q：如何确保提取的细胞数量能够达到做EB 的标准？

A：一般 5X106 足矣，常规 WB 实验，每个上样孔要 105 个细胞，具体的也和靶细胞及提取的方式有关，如果提取的是膜蛋白或某细胞器内的蛋白，则应该增加细胞数。

Q：使用该抽提试剂盒得到的蛋白后续可以进行 WB 研究吗？

A：可以。除此之外，还可进行SDS-PAGE 和酶活性测定等后续实验。
