Q：40187，40188，40189均是高浓度基质胶，化冻时间是多久？

A：把基质胶放入冰冰盒中，放入4度冰箱化冻3-4天左右，化冻期间可以摇晃混匀。

Q：40187，40188，40189应用方向？

A：主要应用于体内成瘤实验

Q：拿到的基质有色差的变化（淡黄色到深红色）是什么原因？

A：对于含酚红的基质胶主要原因是由于酚红和碳酸氢盐与CO2作用引起的，但与5％CO2平衡后色差即会减少。冻融后，轻轻摇晃试剂瓶使基质胶分散均匀。

Q：基质胶的操作要注意哪些事项？

A：所有操作需在无菌环境下进行，所涉及到到物品应预冷后进行操作。

Q：如融化后出现凝胶状或流动性不佳该如何处理?

A：如遇4℃冰上过夜解冻后基质胶未能呈现匀浆状（例如出现果冻状或半凝固状态，这是因高浓度基质胶特性所致），未呈现出较好流动性，同时枪头难以吸取，可使用预冷的DMEM培养基或预冷的PBS缓冲液进行稀释，另外可将枪头剪去前端一小段以助于吸取。
