FAQ

Q：绿光标记的siRNA，转染5h后观察，只有一些杂点，没有细胞形态什么原因？

A：转染进去的整个细胞是绿色的，可以清晰的看到细胞形态，没有转染进去的就是绿色的杂点儿。

Q：转染后可以换液吗？

A：可以换液，转然后8h换液，建议不换液，转染试剂毒性很小，不换液转染效率可以提高。
