A：扩全长克隆需要，定量就不用。

Q：19231 可以提取 200nt 的吗？

A：可以的。

Q：试剂盒里面有苯酚之类的吗？

A：没有苯酚。

Q：该试剂盒可以提取几千个细胞吗？

A：只验证过最少 10 的 4 次方个，更少效果可能不好。

Q：19231 和 19221 有什么区别？

A：样本区别：19231 针对培养细胞；19221 针对细胞和组织都可以；单个样本：时间上 19221：30min；19231：11min。

Q：提取完A260/230比值低是什么原因？

A：缓冲液未溶解完全，或低温离心导致盐离子析出。

Q:柱子可以单独购买吗？

A:可以，货号为83666ES,包含柱子和收集管。
